  • Thick Film QPL Resistors have an “S” failure rate (FR Level). MSI compiles >10,000,000 chip hours of life test a year.
  • Thin Film QPL Resistors have an “R” failure rate (FR Level). MSI compiles >3,000,000 chip hours of life test a year.
  • Non-QPL Thin Film Resistors compile >2,500,000 chip hours of life test a year with an average shift of +0.016% and no failures.
  • Our packages are manufactured with procedures that meet or exceed testing outlined in MIL-PRF-38534.
  • MSIRP (Mini-Systems Inc. Reliability Program).

Mini-Systems Inc. is committed to its customers. Most of our customers’ programs have long life cycles which require a steady flow of parts.  We would never discontinue manufacturing or obsolete a part type that would affect our customers’ supply.  If a part was purchased in the past, MSI will still manufacture it today.
